Applicants who cancel must do so via email to the conference coordinator (prunami@eckerd.edu).

An administrative fee of $55 will apply for all cancellations and the following policies apply:

• 100% refund – 30 days prior to start of conference

• 50% refund – 15-29 days prior to start of conference

• No refund – 14 days prior to start of conference

For manuscript consultations, the registration fee is not refundable.
